How do you handle small infants during lockdown?
We have a special experts team who are trained to handle small delicate infants. The experts know the right way of wrapping and poses for babies.
What type of props do you use for babies?
We use very soft and imported props specially for new born babies which are not harmful for them and are friendly for sensitive skin. Those props are designed in a way to make a baby feel comfortable.
In what way do you deliver the photos?
We deal in both soft and hard copies. If required we can provide soft copy packet and also can provide album in different size photos.
In how much time can we get our photos delivered?
We give delivery maximum in 10 days after the photos are clicked. (If there is any specific choice then the delivery time is extended accordingly).
Do you give delivery time option to the customer?
In any case if customer requires urgent delivery then we provide options accordingly.
Can we use our own camera or mobile camera during the photoshoot?
As per our company privacy policy we can’t allow any customer to use their own camera or mobile during photography.
What would you do if baby gets irritated or ill during the photoshoot?
We have a special team to handle the child who is not feeling comfortable. For that we suggest the photoshoot to be postponed.
Can we cancel the photoshoot if baby isn't in good condition?
Our main moto is customer service and satisfaction. In any case if child is uncomfortable for photoshoot then we can cancel the session.
Are all props safe for the baby?
All the props are imported and also very comfortable and safe for the baby and are skin friendly.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit card, paytm, Google pay. We don’t accept checks.
Can we bring our own props?
If you want photo shoot in your special props then you can bring with you, we can work on it.
Is the place of photoshoot safe for baby?
Yes this studio is the biggest studio of Gujarat, it is totally safe for kids of all age group.
Can you hold the date without deposit?
No we can’t take your booking date without deposit as per formality you have to pay 30% during the appointment.
Do you provide anything other than prints and albums?
Yes there are many other facilities and different packages which you will get only in Maxmedia. We also give soft copies not for product sale but to care for your emotions.
